千葉 30‐23 北海道
先制点は#33 ムーニーのゴール下。続けて#2 富樫の3Pが決まり好スタートを切る。北海道#17 山口、#4 寺園にジャンパー、#21 ロングにゴール下を許すも、ファストブレイクから#2 富樫が再び3P、更に#31 原がレイアップを決めるなどオフェンスのリズムをあげていく千葉。北海道#17 山口に3P、ファストブレイクから#21 ロングにダンクを決められるが、タフに攻め続け、#34 スミスが要所の3Pで決め返し一進一退の攻防を展開。
北海道はインサイド陣を中心に得点してくるが、#2 富樫がこのQ3本目の3P、#34 スミスがゴール下のタフショットを決め、ギアをあげていく。北海道#0 橋本にジャンパーを許すも#2 富樫のフローター、#34 スミスの3Pが2本決まり、リードで第2Qへ。
2Q
千葉 52‐43 北海道
互いにハードなディフェンスで得点に繋がらない時間帯が続くが、#13 大倉のフリースローで先制点を挙げる千葉。#15 藤永のアシストから#34 ムーニーのゴール下が決まるなどいい形も見られたが、その後はなかなかチャンスを得点に繋げることが出来ない。北海道#25 葛原に連続得点を許し、とうとう1点差まで詰められてしまうが、#1 ダンカンが3Pを決めきり、チームを鼓舞したところでOTへ。
OT明け、北海道#21 ロングにゴール下のタフショット、3秒バイオレーションでターンオーバーを奪われるなど苦しい展開になるも、その後は#34 スミスのフリースロー、ジャンパー、#14 佐藤の3Pで一気にリードを9点差まで開くことに成功。さらに#33 ムーニーがゴール下のタフショット、#34 スミスが3Pを決めると、#14 佐藤がこぼれ球をプットバックで押し込むエナジーをみせ、リードを守り切り前半を折り返す。
3Q
千葉 75‐54 北海道
立ち上がり、北海道#21 ロングにレイアップで許すも、#2 富樫がレイアップ、3Pを決めきり、得点を重ねていく。対する北海道も#4 寺園のジャンパー、#21 ロングのゴール下と点差を詰めてくるが、#13 大倉がバスケットカウントを決め流れを引き戻す。その後は両者リングに嫌われる膠着状態が続く中でもタフに攻め続け、獲得したフリースローを着実に沈め得点を重ねていく千葉。
そんな中、#34 スミスがショットクロックのブザービーターで3Pを決めると、さらに#2 富樫のアリウープパスから#34 スミスがダンク豪快なダンクを叩き込むなど、再びオフェンスのリズムを取り戻す千葉。更に#2 富樫の3P、フローターが決まり、点差を一気に21点まで広げて最終Qへ。
4Q
千葉 97 ‐74 北海道
開始から、勢いの止まらない北海道#21 ロングにジャンパーを許すも、#34 スミスがジャンパーを決め返し点差を縮めることを許さない千葉。対する北海道も#24 ブルックスがゴール下、#25 葛原がレイアップとインサイドで得点を重ねてくるが、#14 佐藤が3Pを決めてこれをけん制しOTへ。
OT明け、逆転を狙う北海道も果敢なアタックで得点を重ねてくるが、要所で#14 佐藤がジャンパー、#21 エドワーズがゴール下を決めるなど主導権は渡さずリードを守る千葉。その後も素早いパス回しからワイドオープンになった#31 原が3Pを沈めると、#15 藤永も技ありのジャンパーで続くなど、最後までオフェンスのリズムを崩すことなく、久々のホームゲームを白星で飾った。

レバンガさんはホントにギブアップしないチームで、10点くらいのリードでは追い付かれて行方が分からない試合になってしまうので、最後の最後まで自分達のやるべきことにフォーカスしようと話して試合に臨みました。それを選手達がコートでしっかり表現してくれたと思います。

クリストファー・スミス
試合の入りがいいと勢いがつくので、序盤でリズムよくシュートを決められたのは良いアドバンテージになったと思います。誰がというわけではなく皆が自分の全てを出し切るということにフォーカスして、それがチームにいい影響を与えているのでとても素晴らしいことだと思います。
